The "magic" in PolyClean USA’s mobile polymer sorting system is an optical bulk sorter. This state of the art equipment was developed specifically for sorting spec damaged and contaminated plastics in pellet or flake form. Utilizing 20 optical cameras with 240 active sensing sites each (imagine 4800 eyes!) to inspect your materials, our equipment can remove spec damage as small as .3mm or less in diameter with an efficiency of 90%. Larger specks and foreign materials have a much higher lever of efficiency. Up to 99% effective!

Dual Scan System

The equipment used by PolyClean USA features a dual scan system that ensures we recover the highest possible amount of quality product with the smallest amount of discarded "good" product. Every pellet or flake that passes through our equipment is "looked" at twice to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the sort. Using PolyClean "magic", you can be assured of getting the greatest amount of good product with the least amount of rejects.
